Key Information Before You Book
To ensure a smooth experience, please familiarise yourself with the following:
- The "Initial Clean" Requirement: For first-time bookings, an initial deep clean is mandatory to establish a baseline standard. This ensures our team can maintain an optimal level of cleanliness for subsequent visits.
- Access and Security: Please ensure our cleaning team has clear and safe access to your property. We recommend providing a key or arranging for access with a designated person. All keys are handled with the utmost care and security.
- Pets and Allergies: If you have pets, please inform us at the time of booking. We will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of your pets during our service. If you or household members have specific allergies, please notify us so we can use appropriate cleaning products.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:
- Notice Period & Fees: To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

- If We Need to Reschedule: In the unlikely event that SCSSLTD needs to reschedule your appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer alternative times that are convenient for you.

Payment and Refunds
Our payment and refund policies are as follows:
- How to Pay: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept payment via bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, or cash. You will receive an invoice detailing the services rendered and the total amount due.
- Our Refund Policy: We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and may offer to re-clean the affected area or provide a partial refund. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of SCSSLTD management.
- Non-Payment: Failure to make payment within 7 days of the invoice date may result in late fees and suspension of future services. SCSSLTD reserves the right to take further action to recover outstanding payments.
